This server operates on a public VPS infrastructure and acts strictly as a temporary relay. Do not upload raw, unencrypted Sensitive Information (SI) or PII (SSNs, medical records, orders, evaluations).

All personnel documents must be encrypted locally (via GPG, 7-Zip AES-256, or VeraCrypt) prior to initiating transfer.

2. Context Management System (/CMS/)

Repository for CMS environment setups, installation packages, and state rehydration manifests.

3. Archival Uploads & Backups

Authorized personnel can stage encrypted backups using either method below. Account access is restricted; contact the administrator for access.

SFTP Access: Connect via SSH/SFTP client to port 22 using assigned credentials.
Usermin Portal: Web-based file manager available via https://[SERVER_IP]:52900.
